Album Description

Throwing Muses frontwoman releases her sixth solo album. Slow-moving and introspective, this is Hersh at her most intimate, her acoustic guitar fleshed out with sparse arrangements for piano and violin provided by Howe Gelb (Giant Sand) and Andrew Bird (Bowl Of Fire) respectively. Released to coincide with the reformed Muses' latest eponymously titled effort.
