Siblings Billy and Sheena are excited to be visiting their Uncle Deep, who lives on an island in the Caribbean. It looks set to be quite an adventure, as the kids have been given free reign to explore, and that includes the mysteries of the ocean. There's only one stipulation, and that is to stay away from the coral reefs; Billy, however, is unable to resist the exotic beauty of the reefs. But once there, he discovers that he's not alone: he shares the water with a nightmarish creature that seems to be part human and part fish. The GOOSEBUMPS series, based on the novels by R.L. Stine, was consistently one of the most popular kids shows while it was on the air, delivering creepy stories that avoided being inordinately scary.
