After many years in hiatus my greatest fear was a flop in their re attempt by releasing a less than stellar album. Overall, the album rates high but not at the top when compared to their previous releases. It took me few days of listening to figure out where the album was headed. My advice would be to start with track 10 - "Time" and the rest of the album will fit together like a puzzle. Overall, this re album was very well done and brings the excitement back for loyal Creed fans.

I have to admit - I had my doubts about the new CREED album. I was so burnt out on them after all of the overplayed songs and ridiculout internet controversey. When I heard they were getting back together, it intrigued me though. The hope was that they would take the edgier and more advanced Alter Bridge sound and plug it in with better vocals. The fear is that it would be cheesy and over the top. Turns out, it is a really good album. Four of the tracks (Overcome, A Thousand Faces, Away in Silence, and Time) are absolutely epic. Tremonti does some great guitar solos and there is more of a groove to this album. Makes you want to drive your car a little too fast. There are a few tracks that arent real great (not a big fan of Bread of Shame) but several other interesting ones (like Full Circle). I am very happy with my purchase of this album.
