Diddy on MTV's reality series MAKING THE BAND, R&B newcomers Day26 have since made an effort to shed their boy-band image, quietly but confidently asserting their versatility where others in the genre have faltered. The group's sophomore effort, FOREVER AND A DAY, presents an alluring mix of up-tempo club bangers and steamy bedroom ballads (containing the requisite pillow-talk and assorted other R. Kelly-isms). But the boys also present harder-hitting fare, such as the lead-off single "Imma Put It on Her," a polysynth and Auto-Tune driven blazer featuring guest spots from Diddy and Yung Joc.
