Former Elefante vocalist Reyli Barba's second solo album continues where his celebrated 2004 release EN LA LUNA left off, with achingly romantic, hook-filled songs, sophisticated pop/rock arrangements, and just a hint of the edge that inspired his last band's "Latin alternative" tag. Barba's smooth, sweet vocals (reminiscent of Cat Stevens) are seductive but never cheesy or cloying.
