Why do I need an Authorized Return Shipping Label?
All returns must include our authorized return shipping label so that they can successfully be processed at our warehouse. Any returns that arrive without our label are ineligible for processing and, therefore, ineligible for reimbursement. Remember, it is very important you have your return request endorsed by a Tower Team Member – we will guide you through the rest of the way!
