Title Note

You're not likely to find a more aptly titled disc than this one. This instrumental quintet from San Diego sends out a spiraling, dreamy vibe. Repeated motifs drift hazily into the ether, followed by more, until it's impossible to not be carried along with them. Guitars blend with keyboards, keyboards blend with sly backwards effects. Gentle grooves support lazy melodies until the whole thing becomes the aural equivalent of a Zoloft cocktail.

Not that they don't rock out, as on "Aurora Borealis," where they kick up a little cloud of dust, and the intoxicating atmosphere is pervasive. Like the entire disc, it's irresistible.
