delicious! Its a lot like a Mediterranean diet, I eat tons of olives, almonds,
olive oil, avocados, which are among my favorite foods. So far Ive lost 17
pounds in the past 2 months, and I have way more confidence and energy which
makes it easier and more fun to get out and exercise. Exercise is not a
requirement of the diet, which I liked about it because its hard for me to find
the time and energy for a consistent exercise plan, but now I just feel so great
that I find time to go for long walks, and just generally get off my butt. Ive
even been going dancing!! This diet doesnt seem groundbreaking, just easy, and
