When I heard that Robert and Alison had released and album, I didnt know what to
expect.  I am huge fan of hers but didnt know much about Robert Plant apart that
he was the lead singer of Led Zepplin. I instantly fell in love with this album.
Their voices sound wonderful together.  It is great to see artists from
different music genres come together and make beautiful music.  That is what
music should be about: no borders.  Long live the Bluegrass Queen and the Rock n
Roll God!!!

Though at first I thought the pairing of icon Robert Plant and Alison Krauss
would be somewhat questionable, it put me in sync with the Lep Zep frontmans
post modern moody, acoustic sweet ballads.  Their take on Tom Waits "Trampled
Rose" is dark and beautiful as is the majority of this curiously merose sound
peice.
