Truly original and utterly hilarious, British television series The Dame Edna Experience parodied the talk show genre through the outrageous antics of British comedian Barry Humphries and his fast-talking, purple-haired alter ego Dame Edna Everage. With scathing wit and the occasional use of an ejector seat, Dame Edna gleefully skewered celebrity guests such as Sean Connery, Charlton Heston, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Liza Minnelli, Lauren Bacall, Jane Fonda, and Joan Rivers. This 2-volume box set includes every episode of the pioneering series' first season.
