Based on a book by Elisabeth Janeway, this 1947 feature stars Joan Crawford, Dana Andrews, and Henry Fonda, and is directed by Otto Preminger. The film explores the romantic triangle that is formed when artist Daisy gets involved with married lawyer Dan O'Mara, whose wife Lucille is waiting at home. Meanwhile, Daisy also has a man in the wings, complicating matters even further.
