Rapper Lil' Tweety may have a diminutive name and appearance, but his raps represent with authority for the Chicano contingent of the West Coast. His lyrics detail his pride of place ("California") and the dramas of his age ("Teenage Love"), while his beats and flow stand up to the charges of his detractors (who are also taken to task in "For the Haters"). With distribution from gangsta rap label PMC, and help from friends Mr. Capone-E, Ray, and others, Lil' Tweety stakes his own claim in the Chicano rap movement.
