After 10 years of radio silence, Queensbridge Projects legends Capone 'N' Noreaga finally returned to the studio in 2008 to record the follow-up to the gangsta cult classic THE WAR REPORT. CHANNEL 10, dropped in 2009, the duo's third album overall, finds the pair on top of their game, hyping unity while playfully mocking each other's foibles.

This time around CNN is on their ultimate get back together grind. Both rappers are focused upon theyre unexpected return as CNN. I give this album a ten out of ten. Capone is sick as he has that mosberg flow that M1 mentality. The whole south is riding with CNN on this classic return of true hardcore hiphop.
