Personnel: Tipsy (vocals); Christie Winn (vocals, piano); Coppe (vocals); Steven Gardner, Alex Oropeza (guitar); Tom Digulla (charango); Ralph Carney (flute, clarinet, saxophone); Tom Dambly, Peter Bonos (trumpet); Marc Capelle (keyboard); William Winant (vibraphone, marimba, percussion); Travis Threlkel (drums).

This bizarre San Francisco group plays an original blend of lounge, space rock, and downtempo electronica, perhaps best summed up by their label's preferred tag: drunktronica. The group is headed by Dave Gardner, an established collaborator and cut-and-paste artist whose record-bin archaeological aesthetic is clearly evident in the many samples and styles heard on BUZZZ. Tracks like "Lipstick Tree" and "Swingin' Spaceman" have a hazy, Hawaiian vibe, while "Good Little Demon" and others add up to something heavier and more percussive.
