Product Notes

Writer Joss Whedon gained the creative freedom necessary to achieve his vision with this television program; one which was denied him in production of the feature film of the same name. It consequently became one of the most popular and critically-acclaimed programs of its time. Sarah Michelle Gellar plays a young girl in Sunnydale, CA who discovers that she is "The Chosen One," fated to fight the scourge of vampires constantly threatening the mortals of Earth. Combining humor, soap-operatic relations between its characters, and dramatic plotlines, the show was daring, hilarious, and monumental in scope. All 22 episodes of the seventh season are collected here, culminating in the exciting, controversial series finale!
