Set in Tel Aviv, THE BUBBLE beams with youthful optimism but also with the sobering reality of life in the Middle East. Etyan Fox makes great movies but not enough of them. The director of "Yossi and Jagger" and "Walk on Water" returns with lighter fare here and it promises to be a delight.
