And the tunes may seem familiar too, as few of these bands were what you would call startlingly original, which means that where the likes of Mud, Slade, and Sweet once went, Shambles, Tiger, Angel, Panther, Winston, and Giggles would be following. But still you cannot find fault with Blitzing the Ballroom, as it blasts through 20 solid stompers that are no less memorable, magic, and meritorious as the majority of glam discs that did hit the charts back then. And a few of them are even better.
