Jeff Foxworthy may not have invented southern humor, but his take on life in that part of the United States did more to advance redneck chic than any other humorist of his era. DOUBLE WIDE, SINGLE MINDED not only kicks off with his signature bit "You Might Be a Redneck If…" but includes "Sophisticated People Vs. Rednecks" in which he observes that sophisticates invest in bonds and stocks vs. the commemorative NASCAR plates people of his ilk proudly display. Other Foxworthy riffs include preconceived notions associated with the "Southern Accent," the glories of "Victoria's Secret," and the perennial misconceptions associated with "The Rules of Marriage."

Toss in song parodies featuring segments from his standup act including the twangfest "Big O' Moon" with Mac Wiseman and Del McCoury and the country-pop outing "Pure Bred Redneck" with Cooter Brown, and you've got a package that would put a smile on the late Jerry Clower's face. The truly devoted also get treated to a bonus DVD featuring five videos including "Redneck Games" with special guest Alan Jackson and the "Weird Al" Yankovic-directed "Party All Night" featuring a cameo by Little Texas.
