Adult alternative singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson struck a popular chord with her album GIRLS AND BOYS (songs from the album appeared in television commercials and on popular T.V. shows such as GREY'S ANATOMY). BE OKAY, Michaelson's third full-length, includes live performances and new songs, all of which advance the cause of her likeable, piano-centric pop-craft. Like Regina Specktor and Missy Higgins, Michaelson makes music that is delicate, melodic, and poignant, and tunes like "Giving Up," "The Chain," and the title cut prove her skills are sharpening with BE OK.

Ingrid Michaelson surely knows how to please. This charity project is an album comprised of live and previously unreleased tracks, and is a huge success. It is catchy, bright, and unique, and her voice is always a pleasure to listen to. The melodies and harmonies within this album are unforgettable! Support a great cause (SU2C, Stand Up 2 Cancer) and make your ears happy while youre at it!!
