I really enjoyed this book and feel like I learned a lot. this is a whole different way of looking at food, but appraently is is working for the people living in Asia. I have begun eating according to the principles laid out simply in the book and have already started losing weight (5 days in). The way the author explains the philosophy makes a lot of sense and has me feeling empowered to make good choices for the rest of my life. Anyone who wants to lose weight or be healthier should read this book. All the other diet book I have read were too much this or that. This book gives you a balanced way to approach eating, and that makes more sense to me. He has a website that talks more about the book http://www.theasiandiet.com
