Title Note

On 2008's APOCALYPSO, the Presets, consisting of vocalist/keyboardist Julian Hamilton and multi-instrumentalist Kim Moyes, come across as Australia's answer to the Faint, offering up dark, stuttering synth-pop precision-crafted for an alternate-universe 1980s dystopia. Highlights of the album include the searing "My People," the brooding "This Boy's in Love," and the swaggering "Talk Like That."
