These self-described Canadian "moog punks" bring a distinctly French attitude de resistance to the well-worn world of keyboard-punk. Like New York duo Mommy And Daddy, this foursome makes up for fewer members with dirtily distorted bass as well as female vocals that will scare you onto the dance floor. At times evoking the post-riot grrrl ferocity of early Le Tigre and occasionally veering toward more spastic post-hardcore violence, ANTHOLOGIE is both fiery and fun.
