If Annie Lennox had only her time in Eurythmics to claim, she'd still be recognized as one of the greatest modern pop and soul singers. In addition however, she has enjoyed massive success as a solo artist. THE ANNIE LENNOX COLLECTION is the first compiled retrospective of this influential Scottish artist's solo hits. It features songs from DIVA, MEDUSA, BARE, SONGS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, even one from the BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA soundtrack ("Love Song for a Vampire"), along with two brand-new tracks. Even the most casual radio listener will recall "Walking on Broken Glass" and "No More I Love Yous," but the often more ambitious and angry songs from DESTRUCTION hold up just as well in contrast.

The greatest hits compilation includes 12 of Lennox’s legendary solo hits, including “Why,” “Walking on Broken Glass,” and “No More ‘I Love You’s’,” as well as two brand new recordings, her first release of new material since the 2007 album, “Songs of Mass Destruction.” In addition to “Songs of Mass Destruction,” the collection also draws upon her first solo album, 1992’s “Diva,” 1995’s “Medusa” and 2003’s “Bare.”
