The story goes that New Orleans native Baby Boy da Prince penned the verses for his first album in a FEMA trailer in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Thanks to the irresistible backstory, abundant industry buzz, and heavy rotation for Prince's lead single "The Way I Live," the young MC's debut release, ACROSS THE WATER, is sure to turn heads. With a more modest approach and upbeat flow, Prince's sound sets him apart from most of his fellow New Orleans artists.
