When power pop meets emo, the Impossibles occur. Fueled by high-energy rock and heartfelt lyrical content, this four-song EP leaves the listener wanting more, more, more! Not only do the Impossibles know how to confront their audience with honest subject matter, but they can also have fun, catchy choruses (such as on the song "Get It + Got It + Good") that will no doubt cause singalongs and dancing all the way to their next release. The layout is also of note, as it has to be seen to totally appreciated. And if all that weren't enough, the illustrious Brian McTernan produced this at his wonderful Salad Days Studio in Washington, D.C., so the sound is near perfect. Featuring former members of Mineral and Imbroco, as well as current ones from Pop Unknown, this will surely appeal the fans of all the aforementioned bands and then some. ~ Kurt Morris
