Title Note

Personnel includes: Glen Campbell (vocals).

All tracks have been digitally remastered using HDCD technology.

A more-or-less definitive Glen Campbell career retrospective. 20 GREATEST HITS compiles all the big hits side by side with interesting obscurities and album tracks from the mid-'60s to the '90s.

Among the latter are a patchouli-drenched cover of Simon and Garfunkel's "Scarborough Fair" done as a duet with Bobbie Gentry (of "Ode to Billy Joe" fame). For good measure there's also an instrumental take on Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man" (from the wonderfully titled 1965 album THE BIG BAD ROCK GUITAR OF GLEN CAMPBELL), and a live version of "Amazing Grace" featuring Campbell playing perhaps the world's first-ever soulful bagpipe solo.
